The AeroComposites team has an unparalleled passion for experimental composite aircraft.

We don’t just build the materials to make flying possible – flying is our passion.  We are located on the flightline at KUKI, and often enjoy a quick trip to the coast or off to breakfast.

With more than 50 years of progressive experience, our Ukiah,CA based team is equipped to complete a multitude of work to support the composite industry.

On-site, we have CAD CAM design tools, machining, welding and woodworking bays along with all the standard equipment you’d find in a composite shop.

We build our own molds, tooling, and fixturing. AeroComposites hosts Eastman CNC cloth cutting tables and HAAS Vertical Milling and Routers.

Our team has established competence and gained respect in the international market as well as in the U.S.
